1. Generously apply Renegade Rub to Tri Tip.
2. Cover the meat with Sunny Delight and let it marinate for 4-6 hours.
3. Use a 1 gallon freezer bag to marinate it in.
4. Just before you put it on the grill season, it once more with Renegade Rub on both sides.
5. Make sure the BBQ grill is plenty and start with fat side up.
6. Sear the meat on both sides then finish with indirect heat.
7. Cook to internal temp of 120 degrees for rare and 160 for well.
